Weekly Six XLIX – Six Word Stories

ONCE AGAIN it’s time for some flash fiction. For the uninitiated Ernest Hemingway is attributed with popularising the format of six word stories and there’s something ever so slightly addictive about creating them, this batch being the 49th edition. They seem more suited to our rapid consumption society than ever before. I hope you enjoy this lot as much as I did thinking of them:

Telepathy in DSM-VIII. Prescriptions for that.

MENSA revoked membership after the accident.

Moon: £69,999 return. One way: free.

Hunter hesitated. Purest eyes looked back.

‘Waiter – my souls cold’. ‘More philosophy?’

Imagination only. No words describe her.
